Privacy policy
Effective date: 16 September 2026
This policy describes what happens to information in connection with vantageportal.online. It is short because very little happens. It is written under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and it describes this site specifically rather than websites in general.
1. Who is responsible
The entity responsible for this website and for any personal information handled in connection with it is:
KOKSAKI s.r.o.
Cimburkova 916/8, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic
Company number: 08935092
VAT: CZ08935092
Email: info@vantageportal.online
Vantage Portal is a website operated by that company. There is no separate entity, no group, and no other party with a role in deciding how information is handled here.
2. What is actually collected
Three categories, and nothing else.
- Nothing collected through the site itself
- There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account, no comment section, no quiz, no chat widget and no input field of any kind anywhere on this website. There is no analytics software, no advertising tag and no conversion pixel. No cookies are set, and nothing is written to localStorage, sessionStorage or any other browser storage. The site requests no files from any external host, so no third party learns that you visited.
- Ordinary server logs, kept by the hosting provider
- Like any web server, the server that delivers these pages records each request. A log entry contains the IP address the request came from, the browser's user agent string, the URL requested, the date and time, the response status and the amount of data sent. These logs are generated automatically and are used for security and diagnostics — identifying attacks, investigating errors, and confirming the site is reachable.
- Whatever you put in an email
- If you write to info@vantageportal.online, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you chose to include. We do not ask for more than you volunteer, and there is no other way to send us anything.
3. Why, and on what basis
Server logs are handled because a server that keeps no record of requests cannot be secured or repaired. This is a legitimate interest in the integrity and availability of the site, and it is the minimum a web server produces in order to function. Email correspondence is handled for the single purpose of reading and answering your message.
There is no advertising profiling, no audience measurement, no remarketing, no automated decision-making and no sale of information, because none of the mechanisms that would make those possible exist on this site.
4. How long each category is kept
- Server logs: retained for no more than 30 days, after which they are deleted or overwritten in the ordinary rotation of log files. A log entry preserved beyond that period is retained only where it forms part of an active investigation into a security incident, and then only for as long as that investigation continues.
- Email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months from the last message in the exchange, so that a follow-up about the same matter can be understood in context, and then deleted.
- Everything else: not applicable, because nothing else is collected.
5. Who else receives it, and where they are
One recipient. The hosting provider that operates the server on which this website is stored necessarily processes the server logs described above, because the logs are generated by its infrastructure. It acts for us and does not use the information for its own purposes.
No other third party receives anything. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no tag manager, no content delivery network, no font service, no embedded video or social content, and no chat provider. We do not send the advertiser whose link appears on this site any information about you. If you choose to follow that link, you leave this site and arrive at a third party's website, which has its own privacy practices that we neither control nor speak for.
Cross-border disclosure under Australian Privacy Principle 8
KOKSAKI s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, and the server infrastructure that hosts this site and generates its logs may be located outside Australia. Where personal information — in practice, an IP address in a server log — is handled by us or by our hosting provider, it is therefore disclosed to recipients outside Australia, including in the European Economic Area. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle the information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, including through contractual arrangements with the hosting provider.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted. Access to the server and to the email account is limited to the people at KOKSAKI s.r.o. who maintain the site, and is protected by individual credentials. Because the site collects nothing, there is no database of readers to protect, which removes the largest category of risk rather than managing it.
7. Your rights, and how to use them
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask for access to personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate. In practice this will usually mean email correspondence, since that is the only place your information is likely to exist in an identifiable form. A log entry cannot ordinarily be connected to a named individual, and we will not attempt to re-identify one in order to answer a request.
Write to info@vantageportal.online. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for making a request.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which publishes guidance on making a privacy complaint. We ask that you raise it with us first, because most matters can be resolved without involving the regulator.
8. Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to an individual whose personal information we hold, we will assess it and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) requires it, notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as soon as practicable.
9. Children
This website is not directed at people under 16, and it collects nothing from anyone of any age through the site itself. We do not knowingly enter into correspondence with a child. Where a page discusses household spending controls or the suitability of a game, it is addressed to the adult making the decision.
10. If this policy changes
Any change is published on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material — if this site ever begins to collect something it does not collect today — the change will be made before the collection begins, not afterwards, and a consent mechanism will be in place first where one is required. We do not notify individually, because there is no mailing list to notify.
11. Readers in the European Union and the United Kingdom
KOKSAKI s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its processing. The only lawful basis relied on is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): keeping security and diagnostic logs, and answering correspondence that is sent to us. No consent basis is relied on, because the site sets no cookies and uses no tracking, so there is nothing to consent to.
Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Requests go to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; for this publisher the competent authority is the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, and you may alternatively complain to the authority in your own country of residence.
